If you believe that copyright infringement or intellectual property rights have been violated, you can request content to be taken down. Please follow one of the methods outlined below, depending on what applies to your case.

Method 1: Update CB settings

This website does not contain clips of your content yet, and you would like to prevent your content from being captured on MiniCamClips.

  • Go to your profile on chaturbate.com.
  • Click on the "Settings & Privacy" tab.
  • In the "Broadcaster settings" section, uncheck "Appear on network sites".
  • Click the "Update settings" button at the bottom of the page.

MiniCamClips respects Chaturbate's privacy setting and will not allow content to be captured when the "appear on network sites" setting is turned OFF.

Method 2: Opt-out using a code

You are an active model on Chaturbate and claim your content is available on MiniCamClips. Or you simply don't want to use the first method and turn off "appear on network sites" on Chaturbate, but choose your content not to be captured on MiniCamClips.

If this is the case, then you can remove the content yourself by following these steps.

  • Go to your profile on chaturbate.com.
  • Click on the "Bio" tab.
  • Click "Edit Your Bio".
  • In the "About Me" section, add the following code: <a href="https://minicamclips.com/dmca/9ApJKc9rqp/"></a>
  • Make sure to copy & paste the code correctly (it's an invisible link that you can put anywhere in the "About Me" section).
  • Click the "Update Bio" button at the bottom of the page.
  • In the form below, enter your model name. Of course this needs to be the same model for which you just added the code in the Bio on Chaturbate.
  • Click the "Take me down" button.

If everything was done correctly, you have just provided proof that you own the profile on Chaturbate and your content will be removed from MiniCamClips immediately.

Method 3: Contact us

When you claim your content is available on MiniCamClips, but you are no longer active on Chaturbate. Or simply because the other methods don't work for you.

If that is the case, you can request your content to be removed by contacting our designated copyright agent and providing the following information:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
  • A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
  • A description or url where the material that you claim is infringing is located.
  • Your current contact information, including telephone number, and email address.
  • Your statement and good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Your statement made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
